From Interstate 35, go east on Hwy 95 for 1/2 mile. At downtown stoplight, go right on Chisago County #30. Go two blocks, then left onto Oak street. Go one block to Fairview Clinic.

Services:
Low cost birth control, Pap smear exams, STD exams, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception.

Walk-ins are accepted for pregnancy testing and emergency contraception. Appointments are encouraged for birth control exams and STD exams.
