Mission Statement

Outlook Health Services holds as its most fundamental principle the right of all individuals of reproductive age to control their fertility.  It is inherent in this principle that appropriate family planning and reproductive health services be both available and accessible. 

Based on these beliefs, the mission of Outlook Health Services is:

• to provide comprehensive, accessible reproductive and related health care services, including the provision of contraceptive methods, to persons in Chisago, Kanabec, and Isanti Counties, and the surrounding area;
  
• to advocate public policies which guarantee these rights and ensure access to such services;
  
• to provide and promote educational programs and counseling services to help people make informed choices regarding reproductive health care and sexuality.
